The firm is led by Thomas Nulty who has nearly 20 years’ experience in the retail and leisure property market acting for a broad range of landlord and occupier clients from niche, independent retailers to international multiples and private & institutional landlords.

Most recently Thomas was a Consultant at CAPA where responsibilities included administration and restructuring work advising a number of high street names – Bon Marche, Clinton Cards, Dreams and Blockbuster. He also provides advice to an Irish Bank on maximising value and managing their distressed UK assets.
As a former Director and Head of London Retail at national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) Thomas, headed up the acquisition programme for T-Mobile (now EE) which saw an additional 150 stores added to the portfolio within an 18 month period. Thomas led a team networked through regional offices to provide portfolio and restructuring advice to wine retailer Threshers including the disposal of 90 unit’s nationwide.
Other projects include advising L&G on the purchase of Jackson Square Shopping Centre, Bishop’s Stortford, acquiring the first Scottish restaurant in Aberdeen for COSMO & acquiring the first standalone Everest Kitchen showroom in Bromley.
